WHAT IS QIGONG?
An integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Qigong (chee-gong) is an exercise therapy and form of 'moving meditation' which increases internal energy circulation through physical movement to improve health, fitness and overall wellbeing.
Modern Qigong is a less traditional approach which combines acupressure, standing postures and slow flowing movements, combined with mindfulness practice and breath-work. It is easy to learn and the benefits can be felt immediately.

This 7 Week Series of 60 minute QiGong classes combine gentle stretching, acupressure, slow flowing movements, mindfulness practice and breath-work. The focus will be on balancing the organs, emotions and energy channels of the Water Element and Season of Winter.
